The IIO is seeking witnesses who observed an arrest in Riverside Park at about 7:30 p.m. on December 3, 2021.
On that evening, officers en route to another call were provided a description of a suspect involved in an alleged theft in the Lansdowne Shopping Village. The IIO is asking any person with relevant information or video footage of the incident to please contact the Witness Line toll-free at 1-855-446-8477 or via the contact form on the iiobc.ca website.
