Surrey. B.C. – The Independent Investigations Office of B.C. has deployed to an officer-involved shooting in Surrey.
RCMP reported on August 14, 2019, at approximately 4:17 a.m., officers responded to a call concerning a male with a weapon on 135A Street, Surrey. It is reported that during an interaction with police, shots were fired resulting in injuries to a male.
Emergency Health Services transported the male to hospital and his condition is unknown at this time.
