For Immediate Release
Surrey, B.C. — The Independent Investigations Office (IIO) of BC is investigating an incident in Kamloops in which one man sustained a serious injury.
Information provided by the RCMP indicates that shortly after 4:00 p.m. on October 24, 2022, police attended a residence in the 2000-block of Pacific Way in response to a report that a man there was behaving erratically and in possession of a weapon.
