Surrey – The Independent Investigations Office of B.C. is seeking key witnesses to a Motor Vehicle Incident that occurred in Chilliwack.
The IIO has identified the following witnesses as being able to provide valuable information to the investigation.
- A man with a mustache wearing a black baseball cap (with a logo on the front), a black vest, a short sleeve blue shirt, grey pants, and black shoes
- A person wearing a red baseball cap, wearing a black jacket and red running shoes
These pedestrians were seen walking northbound on the west side of Tyson Road at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Friday March 30 (near Cumberland Avenue), next to the library at the time of the collision.
The IIO is asking for these witnesses and any others who may have seen, heard, or recorded the incident to contact the IIO Witness Line at 1-855-446-8477.
