Surrey, B.C. – The Independent Investigations Office (IIO) of BC is investigating an incident in Mission in which one man has suffered a life-threatening gunshot wound.
According to RCMP, just before 10:00 am this morning, June 27, 2022, officers received a call about a disturbance at a neighbouring residence on Maple Street. They responded and were admitted to the home by a woman. As they searched the residence, they heard a shot, then located a man on the floor with a wound to his head. The man was airlifted to hospital.
