This investigation relates to the injuries suffered by two males during their arrest by members of the Prince George RCMP on February 18, 2016.

The IIO commenced an investigation into this incident at the request of the RCMP and authorized by the Director of Police Services.

In this case, the Chief Civilian Director of the IIO has completed his review of the investigative file and, pursuant to Section 38.11 of The Police Act, has forwarded a report to B.C. Prosecution Service for consideration of charges.
